Mike: the problem is that our users are spanish and some of them don't speak any english. In this case two real english words is not better than a single random letters word. Having said that, I do believe that recaptcha.net is probably the best captcha service right now and I will try to convince them of keeping it. Thanks a lot for your comment and work!

Pablo: Sí, si que uso webfacion. ¿Que otras opciones a parte de modpython tienes para un sitio Django en producción? ¿fastcgi? ¿Alguna comparativa?

Nauj27: Yes, that's because AFAIK there is no event I can subscribe for Ctrl+-. Anyway, after many problems with IE 6 I have removed that javascript and now I use another technique for the background image of the sidebar.

Arturo and DraXus: thanks for reading!

Buen trabajo como siempre Loren.
Veo que igual que yo usas webfaction como alojamiento para tus páginas web. Me imagino que es esa la razón de tener el django funcionando a través de modpython. ¿verdad?

Good job Loren!
You are using webfaction (like me) for hosting your web pages. I think this is the reason for using django with modpython. Isn't it?

Hi,

I'm a developer on the reCAPTCHA team. Thanks for trying it out.

I thought I'd mention that it takes equal or less time to type two english words than one word of random characters that you would find in some other CAPTCHAs. We get very high pass rates, but if you have any queries please send an email to support@recaptcha.net.

Cheers,

Mike
